Highlights:
- In aluminum, lighter compared to steel.
(12 kg in aluminum against 21 kg in steel for the 750 MM wide).
- 1 only operator to assemble/disassemble the protection.
- Crank with safety (catch).
- No screws optimize for quick height adjustment.
- Quick assembly/disassembly without the need for an individual rolling bridge (PIR).
- Patented.
- Respond to the NF standard in 13374+A1;
Competitive advantages:
- No risk of pinching. The grid does not separate into two, only the "T"-shaped part is mobile.
- No risk of the protection becoming detached once it is in place. The adjustment handle is housed in a latch that blocks it (safety throughout the construction site). On the competing system, an operator inadvertently unscrewed the wing nut and jeopardized the proper functioning of the protection.
- No risk of loss of balance or fall of a worker during assembly or disassembly. The guide handle is at Man’s height and does not require the use of a PIR (individual moving walkway).
- High speed of execution. The reel system is very fast and allows to reach the lintel in a few seconds.
- For the aluminum model, reduction of the difficulty associated with carrying heavy loads.
